Michelle To, M.D.

Dr. Michelle To is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. She has expertise in treating a variety of psychiatric disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders. She is also Board Certified in Psychosomatic Medicine, a sub-specialty focused on the complex interplay between medical and psychiatric illnesses.

Dr. To graduated with honors from the University of Southern California (USC) before completing her medical school, residency, and fellowship training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She served as the Deputy Chief of Acute Care Psychiatry at the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System and received a faculty award for excellence in teaching from the UCLA-GLAVA psychiatry residency program.

Dr. To now practices telepsychiatry in her hometown of Los Angeles. She listens carefully and strives to cultivate self-compassion and self-acceptance in her approach. She views her patients holistically and incorporates therapies from complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). She welcomes patients from all identities and backgrounds.
